Massage Chair Warranty Comparison
Coverage terms for every chair we currently publish, taken from the manufacturer's own warranty documentation and dated when we verified it.
Warranty length is the headline, but it is rarely one number. Most massage chair warranties are tiered: a short window of in-home labour, a longer parts period, and a longer structural or framework period covering the frame alone. A "5-year warranty" with one year of labour can be worth less than a three-year plan with three years of in-home service.
The three questions worth asking any dealer: who pays the technician after year one, whether parts are shipped to you or fitted for you, and whether the coverage transfers if you sell the chair. Answers vary by dealer as well as by brand.
