The OS-3D Ai Vito is Osaki's cheapest published 3D chair and the entry point for adjustable roller depth in the line. On paper it is also the lightest and most compact Osaki we cover: 174 lb, 29.5 inches wide and under 60 inches long upright.

Its biggest strength is the price-to-mechanism ratio. 3D rollers, an SL track, AI body detection, voice control and lumbar plus calf heat are not common at $1,999 from a major brand. Its biggest compromise is durability coverage: the base warranty is one year of parts and labor, with parts-only in years two and three, the same as the OS-4000XT and Champ.

Our editorial assessment: the Vito is the right Osaki for a first-time buyer who wants adjustable depth without paying 4D money. If you will use the chair heavily or share it, the step up to the Dreamer V2 or Highpointe 4D buys a longer track, more air cells or a longer warranty.
