The Ai Vivo (Duo) 4D+ 2D is the most expensive Osaki we cover and the only one built around a dual mechanism: 4D rollers for the back and a separate 2D system for the seat and hips, controlled through a touchscreen remote.

Its biggest strength is the control interface and the theoretical precision of separating back and seat mechanisms. Its biggest compromise is value on paper: at $12,999 it costs more than the Solis Duo, yet it publishes a 270 lb user weight limit — 60 lb lower than the Solis — and only a single lumbar heat zone, where cheaper Osaki chairs publish heat in more locations.
