The Jupiter LE Premium is the chair we point to when someone tall wants a real massage chair without spending five figures. Titan publishes an L track, accommodation from 5'0" to 6'6" and a 280 lb weight limit — a published fit envelope that is unusual under $4,000.
The rollers are 3D, not 4D, so depth is adjustable in steps rather than continuously modulated, and Titan lists 80 airbags with heat at the back rollers, lumbar, seat and calves. That is an unusually broad heat spread for the money, and the 3.2-inch wall clearance means it does not need to sit in the middle of a room.
The weak point on paper is the warranty: three years limited, with only one year of in-home labour. Against a five-year structure from Human Touch or Infinity, that is where the price difference shows up. Our editorial assessment: buy this if fit and coverage matter more to you than service depth, and budget mentally for out-of-warranty labour in year four or five.
