Our Take

Our editorial assessment of this chair, based on verified specifications rather than hands-on testing. This is a Research Review.

The Qi XE Pro is Cozzia's flagship, and its distinguishing published feature is heat placement: Cozzia documents heated care at the lower back, buttocks, knees and calves, which is wider zone coverage than almost anything else we have published.

Structurally it is a 4D L-track chair with 64 airbags, a 320 lb weight capacity and a 5-inch wall clearance, backed by three years of in-home service and three years of parts. The chair itself weighs 276 lb, so plan the delivery route before you buy.

What Cozzia does not publish is as notable: there is no track length figure and no user height range anywhere on its own materials. Our editorial assessment: if heat is the feature you actually use, this is a strong shortlist entry — but if you are unusually tall or short, ask the retailer for a fit statement in writing before ordering, because the manufacturer does not provide one.

Where it fits among 4D L-track chairs

Among published 4D flagships the Qi XE Pro leads on heat coverage and trails on documentation. It is a features-first pick rather than a specifications-first one.

Consider spending less

  • Osaki OS-Highpointe 4DAbout $7,850 less than the Qi XE Pro (CZ-716)4D rollers with a published height range, for meaningfully less money.
  • Titan Jupiter LE PremiumAbout $10,850 less than the Qi XE Pro (CZ-716)A far cheaper 3D alternative with a documented 5'0"-6'6" fit range.

Consider spending more

  • JPMedics KumoAbout $1,850 less than the Qi XE Pro (CZ-716)The same 320 lb capacity and wall clearance, with published dimensions, fit range and track length.

What you’re really paying for

Against cheaper 4D chairs, here is what the Qi XE Pro premium actually covers, based on Cozzia's published specifications.

  • Heat in four zonesLower back, buttocks, knees and calves. Knee and buttock heat in particular is rare at any price, and heat is one of the few features owners keep using long term.
  • 320 lb weight capacity with a 5-inch wall clearanceA high capacity that does not cost you room placement — useful in a normal living room rather than a dedicated space.
  • 3 years in-home service and 3 years partsIn-home service is the coverage that matters on a 276 lb chair, because it cannot practically be shipped for repair.
  • 64 airbagsOverrated at this priceImpressive on a spec sheet, but the count describes subdivision rather than effectiveness.
