The Kumo is JPMedics' only chair and it is aimed squarely at the top of the market. On JPMedics' own published numbers it runs 4D rollers on a 53-inch L track, 64 airbags, a 320 lb weight capacity and a 5-inch wall clearance, with a fit range from 5'0" to 6'3".
Two published figures do most of the work here. The 320 lb capacity is among the highest we publish (only the Osaki Solis Duo, at 330 lb, lists more), and the standard warranty is three years of in-home parts and labour rather than the one-year labour cover common at this price. Those are the specifications that decide whether a chair is still usable in year four.
The trade-offs are documented too: JPMedics publishes no voice or app control, and heat comes from the rollers, knees and legs rather than a dedicated lumbar pad. Our editorial assessment: this is a chair for heavier or service-conscious buyers who value warranty and build over feature count. If you want app control and the longest possible feature list per dollar, the Osaki and Titan flagships give you more of both.
