Osaki Massage Chairs: Which One Should You Buy?
Osaki sells more models under more sub-brand names than any other massage chair company in the US. This page maps the nine models we have verified against Osaki's own published specifications, so you can see what changes as you move up the range — and where the price stops buying you more chair.

The lineup in four price tiers
Entry (under $3,000 list): OS-Champ and OS-3D Ai Vito. Both use a 49-inch SL track. The Champ is 2D with no heat; the Vito adds 3D rollers, lumbar and calf heat, AI body detection and voice control for roughly $1,000 more at list.
Mid ($4,500-$6,000 list): OS-4000XT, 3D Dreamer V2 and OS-Highpointe 4D. This is where the specification jumps hardest — the Highpointe brings 4D rollers, a 52-inch track and a 5-year warranty for $4,999 list, which is the single biggest step up per dollar in the range.
Flagship ($8,000-$12,000 list): OS-Pro Maestro 4D, OS-Ai Vera 4D+ and Platinum Solis Duo 4D+. Longer tracks, higher weight limits, and the full 5-year warranty structure.
Halo ($16,999 list): Ai Vivo (Duo) 4D+2D, the only Osaki we have verified with a dual mechanism and a touchscreen remote.
Which Osaki should you buy?
If your budget stops near $1,300 street: OS-Champ. It is a 2D chair on an SL track with no heat. Buy it as a basic full-body chair, not as a cheap flagship.
If you want 3D depth control for the least money: OS-3D Ai Vito at $1,999 street. It is the cheapest verified Osaki with adjustable roller depth plus lumbar and calf heat.
If you want the best all-round value: OS-Highpointe 4D. 4D rollers, a 52-inch SL track, lumbar and calf heat, 2-inch wall clearance and the 5-year warranty at $4,999 list. Nothing else in the range gives you that combination below $7,000.
If you are over 6 feet or want the longest coverage: OS-Pro Maestro 4D, with the 51-inch track and the flagship warranty.
If you need capacity: Platinum Solis Duo 4D+ is rated to 330 lb, the highest figure Osaki publishes across the models we cover — but it also needs 10 inches behind it.
If your room is tight: Highpointe 4D, Ai Vivo Duo and OS-4000XT all list 2 inches of wall clearance. Vera 4D+ (9.25 in) and Solis Duo (10 in) do not suit a chair pushed against a wall.
What does not change as you go up
Every Osaki we have verified uses an SL or L track of 49 to 53 inches. The track gets four inches longer across a $15,000 price span.
Maximum user weight sits at 260-275 lb on all but the Solis Duo. If you are near that limit, price is not the deciding factor — capacity is.
Warranty splits cleanly at the tier boundary: entry and mid-tier chairs get 1 year parts and labor plus years 2-3 parts; the 4D flagships and the Highpointe get the 5-year limited structure. That warranty difference is often worth more than the feature difference.
