Numbers with no standard behind them
Airbag counts, auto-program counts and acupoint counts are all unstandardised. Fifty programs usually means a handful of distinct routines and many variations, and nobody uses more than a few.
Roller node counts and named roller shapes are similarly loose. Roller type, track shape and adjustable intensity are the properties that change the experience.
Claims we do not repeat
AI, medical-grade, therapeutic, detoxifying, improves circulation, aligns the spine and similar phrases appear constantly and are not backed by anything a review site can verify. We do not repeat health outcome claims in reviews.
Zero-gravity is a real positioning feature but is not NASA-certified in any meaningful sense; the number of zero-gravity positions matters less than whether the position is comfortable for you.
Features that are nice but not decisive
Chromotherapy lighting, ambient sound, aromatherapy holders and touchscreen animations affect the experience marginally at best.
Space-saving is genuine, but only as a verified wall-clearance figure. A space-saving badge without a number is not a specification, which is why we publish the measurement instead.
What actually differentiates chairs
Roller type and adjustability, track shape and length, fit range and weight capacity, verified wall clearance, calf and foot roller hardware, heat placement, warranty structure and the dealer's service network.
Those are the fields we verify with a citation and a date. If a claim cannot be verified against manufacturer documentation, it does not appear on a product page here.
